All products that we sell carry our complete guarantee of satisfaction. If you have an issue, we want to make it right! Please email us at [email protected] with a description of your specific question or issue. We typically answer all emails within 24 hours.
Our Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday (and some Saturdays when we are VERY busy) 9am to 5pm PST.
What is your return policy?
All products that we sell carry our complete guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days. We will give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight), whichever you prefer. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us via email [email protected] We want to make it right!
If you need to return merchandise, CONTACT US for a return authorization number .
For us to process your return, you must print the return authorization number somewhere on your package. Please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take (replacement of same product, different product of the same value, or a refund).

Once we receive your package we will process your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for replacement products and up to 30 days for refunds.
